	Andrew Bryant, CSP Certified Speaking Professional Andrew Bryant is an international thought leader on the topic of Self-leadership and how to develop leaders. As an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, he is keenly sought-after by multi-national companies. She has worked with business leaders from many international organisations including McDonalds, Ernst and Young, BHP Billiton, Apple (Asia), Capitaland, Police Dept of Western Australia and Dept of Education and Training (WA). Tina is passionate about showing individuals how selling themselves in the right way can mean the difference between a good and a great career.
	Santhanaram Jayaram Santhanaram Jayaram is a speaker, trainer and an actor with an MBA in International Business, and has achieved numerous speaking awards and the Outstanding Individual Suggestion Award in the Public sector. With diverse industry experience, Ram injects creativity and humour to his workshops. Ram is a Master Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (MNLP) Practitioner, as awarded by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology. He has also qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2005, 2006 and 2007 in sales of financial instruments, whicht allows him to enrich his participants with the sales psychology. 	Tremaine Du Preez Tremaine Du Preez is a leadership coach and management trainer. She is skilled at breathing life into management topics, and is known to be a lively speaker on serious subjects. She works throughout the region helping senior executives, government officials and other leads develop their leadership, problem solving and decision making skills. Tremaine has an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London, holds the International Capital Markets Qualificiation from the Securities Institute of London, and is certified in Neuro-Semantics.
