Shirley Taylor has established herself as a leading authority in business writing. She is author of 8 successful books on communication skills and business writing. As CEO of ST Training Solutions, Shirley hosts many public workshops with international trainers as well as conducting her own workshops on business writing, e-mail and communication skills for corporate clients. She is Series Editor of the ST Training Solutions Success Skills Series of books published by Marshall Cavendish International, author of E-mail Etiquette and co-author of Communication: Your Key to Success. Shirley is passionate about ASSAP® and enjoys helping administrative and support staff realise their potential through fun, interactive, motivating learning environments.

Alison Lester
Alison Lester moved to Singapore from Tokyo in 1999, and thoroughly enjoys developing communication skills and creativity training programmes for her international clients. Alison provides a range of services, from one-on-one communication and presentation consulting for managers to team building, presentation, confidence and creativity workshops for groups. She is also an improvisational comedian, and performs in Singapore with The Madhatters Comedy Company. Alison is also author of a book of short stories called Locked Out: Stories far from Home. She is also author of Present for Success and co-author of Communication: Your Key to Success in the Success Skills Series.

Tremaine is skilled at breathing life into management topics, and is known to be a lively speaker on serious subjects. She works throughout the region helping senior executives, government officials and other leaders develop their leadership, problem solving and decision making skills. She has an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London, holds the International Capital Markets Qualification from the Securities Institute of London and is certified in Neuro-Semantics.

Duncan McKee
Duncan is a renowned jazz musician, educator and composer. He has composed for clients including HBO, MTV and Discovery Channel and taught students including Jamie Cullum, Britain's highest paid jazz musician of all time. Duncan's action learning approach to music education led to the creation of stix - Motivation Through Music®, a facilitation tool using music as a metaphor for team development. He also created symbolistix™, a tool enabling children to perform music as a team without the experience of music or rhythm. Duncan also developed stix for adult learning, with various applications including a leadership game, an idea generation tool, team development activities and meeting icebreakers. Duncan continues to explore his passion as a jazz pianist and educator, performing at leading jazz venues, composing for TV and lectures on jazz music at UWCSEA, LaSalle College of the Arts and his own school, The Jazz School.
