With over 25 years' experience in teaching and training, Shirley is passionate about helping people to learn in practical, interactive and fun learning environments. Sarah has Gold LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) Award, a degree in Psychology, a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD), a Diploma in TESOL, is DISC certified and is currently trying to train her two two-year old chocolate Labradors not to dig holes.
