Heather Hansen is a professional speech and language trainer, public speaker and voice-over artist. Having worked and studied in five countries, she now calls Singapore her sixth home. She speaks three languages and has extensive experience dealing with cross-cultural issues. Heather has a great deal of experience ranging from translation and copy-editing to audio book recordings. With a background in linquistics, a passion for language and a love of presenting, Heather considers that she's in the business of building self-confidence and changing lives. Alison Lester moved to Singapore from Tokyo in 1999, and thoroughly enjoys developing communication skills and creativity training programmes for her regional clients. Through her own company, AJ Lester Communication Training, Alison provides a range of services, from one-on-one communication and presentation consulting for managers to team building, presentation, confidence and creativity workshops for groups.
