Boost Your Productivity Power
How to increase your results by enhancing your productivity
with Tim Wade
Do you find yourself taking on more work that needs doing in the same amount of time or less? Do you have to empower your team to do the same? Are you under pressure to decrease costs and increase output? Do you wonder how you can achieve your goals while minimising stress, and still find time for family and other commitments?
In this solution-packed workshop, Tim Wade will make sure you have a lot of fun learning powerful tools to become truly productive. He will take you through case-studies, experiences and activities that will clearly illustrate the keys to empowering a sustainable increase in productivity. He will also share with you practical, immediately implementable techniques to help you increase your productivity and the productivity of those around you.
His examples come from the challenges and successes from his 17-year history of corporate leadership and consulting roles. Tim led a 300-staff operations department for a major publishing and media company in Australia to decrease outstanding items from a 3-month turnaround to a day-in-day-out result. He consulted to Hong Kong's largest electricity supplier to help them move from an 8% service level to their 85% target and win national and international awards for operational excellence, leadership and performance. He consulted to one of Singapore's largest banks to help them achieve performance and operational excellence and win multiple national awards. He has consistently shown sustainable productivity improvements of 20% across multiple businesses and industries.
Tim Wade will show you how you can do this in your business as well.
If you need another reason to attend this positively productive workshop, Tim Wade's sessions are always very entertaining and dynamic.
