Our first prize winner was Hazel Lim, Senior Executive Assistant from A-Star. She won a beautiful star diamond pendant courtesy of Monika from Desert Diamonds.

All participants in Christian Chua's workshop 'Dealing with Difficult People' received Christian's book 'How to be a Success Magnet'.

Thanks to Michael Podolinsky CSP for stepping in to conduct the Time and Stress Management workshop on 23 April when Jacinta Noonan was held up in Europe due to flight disruptions.

Pam Wigglesworth taught all these participants how to enhance their Personal Effectiveness in this popular workshop. Here's what one participant said:

Tremaine Du Preez helped these participants learn how to 'Think Smart, Work Smarter'. Here's what some participants said:

It was Coca-Cola all round at my 'Powerful Business Writing Skills' workshop with Coca-Cola Singapore in June. Thanks to all these great participants for making me so welcome (and for all the Coke!)

The first public run of 'Making Great Connections' with Shirley Taylor and Alison Lester was a huge success. Thank to Sunarty Ahmad from Economic Development Board for saying, "Great workshop. Rich filling content on improvements in our daily communications. Verbal and written."
