Alison Lester

Alison Lester excels in motivating clients with her creativity, confidence and communication skills training. She has developed programmes for companies as diverse as CNBC Asia, McDonald's, IDC, DDB, O2, the Singapore Institute of Management, and the Young Presidents' Organization. Performing regularly with the Singapore-based improvisational comedy group, The Madhatters Comedy Company, Alison combines comic talent with interpersonal skills to guide clients toward more effective and more satisfying levels of engagement. She also teaches improvisation to musical theatre students at LASALLE-SIA College of the Arts.

Pang Li Kin is a leading Certified Image Professional (CIP) recognised by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). Prior to setting up Potenxia Unlimited, Li Kin spent over 20 years in senior management in the media, F&B and marketing research industries. Li Kin serves as Vice President/President Elect of AICI South Asia-Singapore chapter and was honoured by AICI with the Chapter Member of the Year Award 2009 and the Rising Star Award 2008. David Goldwich

Tremaine Du Preez

Tremaine is a leadership coach, management trainer and head of learning and development for IMDS, a boutique coaching and training consultancy in Singapore. Tremaine is skilled at breathing life into management topics, and is known to be a lively speaker on serious subjects. She works throughout the region helping senior executives, government officials and other leaders develop their leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
