Alison Lester

Alison Lester excels in motivating clients with her creativity, confidence and communication skills training. She has developed programmes for companies as diverse as CNBC Asia, McDonald's, IDC, DDB, O2, the Singapore Institute of Management, and the Young Presidents' Organization. Performing regularly with the Singapore-based improvisational comedy group, The Madhatters Comedy Company, Alison combines comic talent with interpersonal skills to guide clients toward more effective and more satisfying levels of engagement. She also teaches improvisation to musical theatre students at LASALLE-SIA College of the Arts.

Heather Hansen

Heather Hansen is a professional speech and language trainer, public speaker and voice-over artist. Having worked and studied in five countries, Heather now calls Singapore her sixth home. She speaks three languages and has extensive experience dealing with cross-cultural issues. With a background in linguistics, a passion for language and a love of presenting, Heather considers that she's in the business of building self-confidence and changing lives. Ricky Lien is Managing Director of Mindset Media, a Singapore-based learning and performance company. He is an experienced executive speech and communication coach and trainer on communication, leadership, sales, presentation skills and emotional intelligence. Ricky has worked with multinational corporations in Australia and in Southeast Asia. Al Argo

Al Argo is an inspirational and motivational speaker, trainer and coach. He has presented over 10,000 one-on-one sales presentations, training sessions and speeches in the last 15 years. He trains in areas such as goal setting, communication, personal effectiveness and sales, drawing on his expertise and diverse background in advertising, sales and marketing, communication, management and the non-profit sector.

After graduating with a degree in Advertising/ Marketing, Al worked in Product Development and Sales for one of America's leading daily publications. He later became Marketing Director for The Alzheimer's Centers - Tampa Bay. Eventually, Al established Target Marketing which quickly became one of the area's leading advertising/promotional product firms. Al Argo and his family have made their home in Singapore since 2003. He is a member of Asia Professional Speakers and he currently serves on the board as Membership Director.

Rebecca Morgan, CSP, CMC

When Rebecca Morgan talks, even Oprah listens! As a best-selling author, Rebecca appeared on The Oprah Show. She's been featured as a workforce effectiveness expert in other national media, including 60 Minutes, USA Today and National Public Radio.

Rebecca is the founder of Morgan Seminar Group in San José, California. Since 1980, she has travelled internationally to work with some of the world's best organisations. These include: Stanford University, Macy's, Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Royal Cruise Lines, and even the Internal Revenue Service. She was recently retained as the workplace effectiveness spokesperson for a division of Microsoft.

Rebecca has authored 4 popular books, TurboTime: Maximizing Your Results Through Technology, Life's Lessons: Insights and Information for a Richer Life, and the 2 best sellers, Professional Selling, and Calming Upset Customers. She's also co-authored several others. Her books have been published in 9 languages.

Rebecca serves on the National Speakers Association's Board of Directors. She is only the 15th person in the world to earn both the designations of Certified Speaking Professional, as well as Certified Management Consultant. These are the highest earned designations conferred by the respective professional associations.

She's the founder of Books For Treats. This non-profit organisation encourages you to give gently-read children's books at Halloween instead of candy. Their motto is "Give kids brain candy. Feed their minds, not their cavities!"
